In the early 1980s, Luigi Pepperoni and Maxwell Edison ran a WWIV
BBS called General Depravity. It sported a Loogi Tangk and Spugmode.
When the NSF was giving away domain names, this one, gendep.com
was registered in homage to that old bulletin board system.
